Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of EveryCityMap. By using the service or purchasing an export, you agree to them. EveryCityMap is an independent-developer product operated under the EveryCityMap name. Contact albertaz1992@gmail.com for support.

Using the service

You may browse, edit, and create maps for lawful personal or commercial projects. You must be legally able to enter a contract in your location. You are responsible for the content, settings, and instructions you submit and for confirming that an export suits your intended use.

Free and paid output

Free output is limited to the format, dimensions, and features shown before export. HD Export is a one-time purchase for one frozen project and grants the formats shown at checkout for 30 days; it is not a subscription. A planned product does not create a purchase right until its checkout is active. Prices and taxes are shown before payment.

Exported artwork and map attribution

Subject to these terms, you may use exported artwork in personal and commercial projects. EveryCityMap sells access to its editor, themes, rendering, delivery, and finished-image export workflow. The current paid output is completed PNG raster artwork format. Map designs are rendered using OpenStreetMap contributor data under ODbL 1.0 and preserve its attribution. A purchase does not provide access to or transfer ownership of the underlying map database, the service, themes, or source code.

Accounts and delivery

Keep your sign-in method secure and provide an accurate email address. We may suspend access to protect the service, investigate fraud or chargebacks, or respond to a material breach. We do not promise that every city or map asset will always be available.

Payment providers and refunds

The checkout and receipt identify the active payment model. Paddle is the merchant of record for Paddle purchases and applies its buyer terms and refund process. For Stripe Standard purchases, EveryCityMap is the seller and Stripe processes the payment. When a Stripe checkout identifies the purchase as sold through Link, Link is the merchant of record and its buyer terms and support process apply. Failed, duplicate, or materially defective paid exports are eligible for correction or refund review. Read the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law, infringe rights, evade access controls, automate abusive requests, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the service to distribute malicious, deceptive, or unlawful material.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, EveryCityMap is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability for a paid order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. The terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
