Terms of Service

Effective August 1, 2026. You may use EveryCityMap to create maps for personal and commercial projects subject to these terms and OpenStreetMap attribution requirements.

Operator

EveryCityMap is currently operated as an independent-developer product and is not presented as an incorporated company. The final public terms will identify the individual operator by legal name and country or region and provide a private support address before account registration or live checkout is enabled.

Free and paid output

Free output is limited to the stated format and dimensions. A Production Raster Pass applies to one frozen project and grants the formats shown at checkout for 30 days. It is not a subscription. The checkout page identifies the seller and payment provider before purchase. Paddle acts as merchant of record for Paddle orders. For Stripe orders, EveryCityMap is the seller and Stripe processes the payment transaction.

Map data

Map geometry is derived from OpenStreetMap and remains subject to ODbL 1.0. Payment covers the editor, rendering, delivery, and workflow—not exclusive ownership of underlying map data.

Refunds and failures

A failed or materially defective paid export is eligible for correction or refund review. The final refund policy, operator identity, jurisdiction, and private support channel must be published before live checkout is enabled. Read the refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, evade access controls, resell the hosted catalog, or use generated work in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
