Refund Policy

Effective August 1, 2026. If a paid export cannot be generated as described, contact Map Any City with the order email and order date. Do not send card details.

Technical failures

A duplicate charge, a paid entitlement that never activates, or repeated failure of both included production formats is eligible for investigation and correction or refund.

Downloaded files

Because digital files are delivered immediately, change-of-mind treatment depends on the consumer law that applies to the buyer. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory rights.

Before live payment

Approved provider refunds and payment disputes automatically update local order status and revoke access for a full refund or active chargeback. Paddle is the merchant of record for Paddle orders; for Stripe orders, EveryCityMap remains the seller. The final support address, response target, operator identity, jurisdiction, and refund procedure must be published and legally reviewed before live checkout is enabled.
