What you receive, and what happens to your map.

Do I need an account?

No for browsing, editing, sharing a page link, or downloading the free WebP. A verified account is required only for a paid order and 30-day regeneration access.

Do you store my exported image?

The free file is rendered in your browser. Optional email delivery sends the attachment through the email provider without storing a first-party copy. The first paid raster is also rendered in the browser after server-side purchase verification.

Is the Production Raster Pass a subscription?

No. It is one purchase for one frozen map project, with 30 days to regenerate the included files. The checkout page identifies the active payment provider and the seller before you pay. Paddle acts as merchant of record when Paddle checkout is active; when Stripe checkout is active, EveryCityMap is the seller and Stripe processes the payment.

What happens after a refund?

An approved full refund or chargeback revokes regeneration access. A partial refund updates the order but keeps the remaining access. Technical delivery failures are covered by the published refund process.

How does social sharing show an image?

Sharing creates a branded 2400 by 1260 pixel preview and a public page for the exact current style. It is a Retina social preview, expires after 90 days, and remains separate from production export.

What map data do you use?

Prepared geometry comes from OpenStreetMap contributors under ODbL 1.0. Every output keeps attribution.

Is Creator File Pack available?

Not yet. It remains visible as a roadmap item, but checkout is disabled until SVG, PDF, layer, and Game JSON generators are verified.
